Today RDG Companies announced the formation of two new operating companies: Capitol View Excavating and Paving and Capitol View Electric.

Capitol View Excavating and Paving (www.capviewep.com) will be led by experienced owner operator Neil McCoy. McCoy sold the assets of his company, CSS Unlimited, to RDG. “With a variety of additional equipment on order, staff in place and jobs already in the queue, CVEP is getting off to a great start and we’re excited to be a part of the RDG portfolio of companies,” said McCoy.

Also new to the portfolio is Capitol View Electric (www.capviewelectric.com), which will operate as a division of Capitol View Construction (www.capviewconstruction.com). “We’ve hired a master electrician and he has handpicked a team of skilled co-workers to launch this new company,” said Eric Zimmerman of CVC. “Several of the team members will be working on one of our projects for the next year, but we are excited about offering our services to a broad audience of customers in central Pennsylvania.”

RDG CEO Larry Kluger noted, “At a time when construction costs are climbing, we are building lean and efficient operating entities. Our expectation is these companies will provide cost competitive, high-quality services to our current clients and to new clients across the region.”
