Capitol View Construction, the construction arm of RDG Companies, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Millers Painting, a skilled and experienced painting contractor led by Janis Miller.  The company has been rebranded Brightline Painters, and it is already working on a variety of projects for various RDG divisions.

According to Miller, the alignment with CVC was logical, but it will not change what she does on a day-to-day basis. "It's great to be a part of this company, and I am really happy my team will benefit from becoming employee-owners. But for my part, the cell phone is still on and I am still going to work like it was my own business and ensure we do work I would be proud to put my name on."
